7:54PM - Opening Remarks
All right, it looks like this is everyone who's coming tonight.
Why don't we all get settled down, and introcude ourselves? Tell us your name, and whatever you feel like saying about why you'r here. You don't have to talk about your mother, but of course I do hope that someday you will feel safe enough to share those details. As we will all discover, on this journey towards health and positive outlook, there is very little in our lives that was not fucked up somehow by our mothers or mother figures.
I'm sorry, where was I? Oh, right. I want you all to take a deep breath, and find your center. That place inside you which is you and no other part of you. Take a moment to say "howdey" to your center, then I want you to take turns introducing yourselves.
10:48AM - Welcome group!
I know that some of our patients are still on their way; we do recommend you try to arrive an hour early in order to allow plenty of time to locate parking within easy walking distance.
For those of you already here, welcome! Please take a moment to find a comfortable place to sit. Anywhere except behind my desk is perfectly acceptable. We're not here to judge. We're here to help you sit in better, more socially functional ways, and to help you understand your sitting preferences so you can use that knowledge in future roles.
Remember, there is coffee in the hallway. Please do not eat the cups!

2:39PM - Preface
Please note that nothing that happens in this group becomes part of the game. It's meta - what the characters say is "true", but happens outside gameverse.
That is, characters can talk about anything and everything in front of each other, and the other characters won't "know" the information back in the game or personal sockpuppet ljs.
So if you're thinking your character needs therapy, but he can't tell other characters because it'll ruin the game.. join. Tell.
Because if you're going to be addicted, you might as well go all the way.
Edited to hopefully say it better. Because I know what I mean.
